Month-of Coordination
If you are a DIY couple or you have always dreamed of planning your wedding, you may just need help the month of your wedding to pull everything together. Our Month-of Coordination starts about 6 weeks out and includes the following:
- Timeline creation and management
- Help in setting up personal items in the reception and ceremony areas (pictures, sign in…)
- Coordinating the Ceremony
- Coordinating the reception activities
- Coordinate with your vendors
- Coordinate the cleaning up after your wedding
- Unlimited communication with you planner
Our Month-of Coordination service starts at $800.
Design & Decorating
The style and design of your wedding will set the mood for your guests. If you need help putting the perfect colors together or creating the ambiance you envision for your wedding, we can help. Our Design & Decorating service includes the following:
- Multiple consultations
- Site visit
- A detailed vision board
- Setup and take down of decor
- Access to AES decor inventory
